Fitness No Sweat is a fitness program designed to help you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals through personalized workout plans and nutrition coaching.


Our workouts vary based on your bodybuilding or lifestyle goals, but may include strength training, cardio, and high intensity interval training (HIIT).


My nutrition coaching focuses on creating healthy habits and making sustainable lifestyle changes. I can also provide custom meal plans where I work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.


Purchase Process


If you are interested in becoming a client:


1.  You complete and submit the detailed questionnaire along with required photos.


2.  Once we receive your submission, you will be directed to make payment for your initial consultation.


3.  Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will work with you to schedule your first consultation (typically within a few business days, based on availability).


4.  During this first consultation, Coach Kelly will personally get to know you, review your questionnaire and photos, discuss your goals in depth, and address any questions or concerns you may have. This session is dedicated to building a strong foundation and ensuring the program is the right fit.


5.  After the first consultation, Coach Kelly will begin creating your fully personalized diet and/or fitness regimen. You will typically receive your custom plan within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends) following the session.


6.  In subsequent consultations, Coach Kelly will go over your custom plan in detail and schedule ongoing check-ins and follow-ups based on your specific goals and timeline.
